Floor pans 60 coupe
« on: March 02, 2017, 06:00:06 PM »
Hey all. Has anyone had any luck with finding a floor pan for under the rear seat. (Right hand side) I've emailed caddy daddy and c2c fabrication and they said they only have them for 61-64. I was wondering if anyone has either used one from the 61 and was it pretty close, used one out of a 59-60 chev or found one for a 60 coupe deville somewhere out there haha. Any help would be appreciated. Just thought if I can find one or something close it's gonna be cheaper than getting someone to fabricate one for me. Thanks again.

I am replacing the floor in a '71 Eldorado convertible at the moment, and with some basic tools, it isn't that difficult.

If you like, I could post some pictures, or actually send them directly to you.

That would be good thanks mate. I have a panel beater replacing some other rust patches but not sure how long it would take him to shape a whole floor pan. I could possibly have a go at it myself.  My email is brock_505@hotmail.com if you could send some photos through that would be great.

Have a look at the USA CLC Message Board under Restoration Corner  at  http://www.cadillaclasalleclub.org/

Cutting rust out of a 1971 Eldorado Convertible, and I have posted the start of the restoration of a friends' '71 Eldorado.

I will be posting more pictures tomorrow.   Getting stuck into the rear floor, which is a whole lot worse.

This car was a dog, and really poorly repaired.
