lap sash seat belts
« on: August 21, 2018, 11:28:30 AM »
Hi
Ive got a 1960 coupe deville
currently getting some work done whereby I have the seats and carpet out.
Im looking at fitting the lap sash seat belts to the front and back.
There are several sites and they  have a 60 inch and 70 inch belts.
Has anyone fitted the seat belts to their car and if so what size, where did you buy them.

Cheers gerry

G'day Gerry,

This task is not as simple as one would think.

Send me an email to  bronline(at)bigpond.com    and I will explain the possibilities.

The back is easy, but the front requires a lot of work, and I mean, a LOT of work.

Bruce.

PS.   I have fitted retractable lap/sash belts to the front and rear of my '72 Eldorado Convertible.
