This is the official Cadillac LaSalle Club of Australia website. Our club is affiliated with the Cadillac LaSalle Club Incorporated, Columbus Ohio USA. We are a non-profit organisation set up purely for the benefit of our members to assist and encourage the preservation, restoration and enjoyment of all Cadillac and LaSalle vehicles regardless of age. We actively encourage people to join our club and the ownership of one of these cars in not a condition of membership. Please feel free to browse the site, read the articles, look at the car gallery for photos of Cadillacs and LaSalles and vote in the polls. The message boards are for public access so please play by the rules if you are posting and if you like the site don't forget to sign the guestbook.
Submissions and photo's of cars are welcome from club members as is any news or event information. Please email he webmaster for details.

The President's Report

I hear that a good turnout of members enjoyed the hospitality of Ron McLean at All American Auto Parts. As for myself, a hefty dose of bronchitis left me with a dilemma: To go along and inflict my infernal coughing on everyone, or stay home and recuperate. Despite the fact that I would have given anything to go along, a rare moment of wisdom and a complete lack of energy kept me at home rugged up on the couch, in the warmth. In the end, I'm just glad that those who went along enjoyed themselves and I'll just have to save this treat for another day.
You will notice that this newsletter is out quite early in the month. This is to take advantage of advertising our Annual General Meeting one last time. It is on this Saturday and I strongly encourage you to come along. As stated in the last newsletter, Michelle Cowie, the Launch Manager of the new Cadillac here in Australia will be giving us a presentation and hopefully we will also have one of the test cars in attendance for you all to view. This is something very special for our club and shouldn't be missed.

The European Cadillac Big Meet in Austria has been held since 2004 with ever growing success, both in number and quality of the cars at the show.Last year, it's safe to say that we had one of the most exciting Cadillac - and even car related weekends we have ever experienced!
