REMOVING STAINLESS TRIMS AROUND THE WINDSCREEN!!!

hi all...., cant get the centre trim from around the windscreen, the one at the top, off... i have all the rest off, but i dont want to damage this one...... any ideas????

Check to see that it has not been siliconed on at some stage, if so get a peice of mig welding wire and slide it behind the mould and gently peel like a cheese cutter pulling the mig wire side to side.

You might have to remove the front of the headlining at the top of the windscreen, then you will see the small nuts holding on the windscreen trim. First remove the interior trim at the top of the windscreen, the rear view mirror and then all the little staples holding on the headlining. That's what its like on my 59, could be the same
